OFFICIAL RULES / CONTENT LICENSE

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase necessary.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Atmosphere and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

Contest Period

The contest begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on October 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Each submitted post must be published and the entrant’s profile must remain public throughout that period so Atmosphere can review the entry.

Entry Requirements

Each entry must be original content created by the entrant and must comply with applicable laws and applicable social media platform rules.

To enter, create and post authentically about a local business you love on Instagram or TikTok, tag @Atmosphere.irl and the business, use #AtmosphereCreatorContest, and submit the post through the link in Atmosphere’s bio. An entry may include up to five qualifying post URLs.

The entrant represents that:

• They created the submitted content or otherwise have all necessary rights to submit and license it.
• The submission does not knowingly infringe or violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Any people appearing prominently in the submission have provided any permissions reasonably necessary for the intended use of the submission.
• Any music, footage, images, logos, or other third-party material included in the submission is properly licensed for the uses granted to Atmosphere.
• The submission does not contain unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable material.

Entry Review

Atmosphere may reject any submission that does not comply with these requirements.

Content License

The entrant retains ownership of their original content.

By submitting an entry, the entrant grants Atmosphere and its affiliates, successors, licensees, advertising partners, and service providers a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, crop, resize, adapt, combine with other materials, and otherwise use the submitted content, in whole or in part, for Atmosphere's marketing, advertising, promotional, editorial, social media, website, sales, public relations, portfolio, investor, and business-development purposes, in any media or format now known or later developed.

This license is perpetual unless prohibited by applicable law.

Atmosphere is not required to use any submitted content.

No additional payment, royalty, approval, or compensation will be owed for these uses other than the stated contest prize, if applicable.

Creator Name and Likeness

The entrant grants Atmosphere permission to identify the entrant by their name, creator name, social media handle, photograph, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection with the submitted content, the contest, and Atmosphere's marketing and promotional activities.

Editing

Atmosphere may edit, crop, resize, subtitle, caption, format, or otherwise modify submitted content for legitimate marketing, promotional, portfolio, advertising, or platform-specific purposes.

Third-Party Rights

The entrant is responsible for obtaining any permissions, releases, licenses, or consents required for people, businesses, locations, music, artwork, trademarks, or other third-party materials appearing in the submission.

Atmosphere does not require the featured business to be an Atmosphere customer.

Featured Businesses

By submitting content featuring a business, the entrant represents that the content was created lawfully and does not knowingly misrepresent the business, its products, services, employees, or customers.

Atmosphere may use the submission for portfolio, marketing, advertising, sales, investor, and business-development purposes regardless of whether the featured business is currently or later becomes an Atmosphere customer.

Selection of Winner

One Grand Prize winner will be selected by Atmosphere based on:

• Creative concept — 30%
• Quality / storytelling — 25%
• Authenticity — 20%
• Ability to make the business compelling — 15%
• Scalability — 10%

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified using the contact information provided in the entry.

Atmosphere's decisions regarding eligibility, judging, and selection are final, subject to applicable law.

Prize

One eligible winner will receive $2,500 USD.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Atmosphere's discretion.

The winner is responsible for any taxes or other obligations associated with receiving the prize.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the contest constitutes permission for Atmosphere to use the winner's name, creator name, likeness, voice, social media handle, entry, and related biographical information for announcing and promoting the contest and Atmosphere without additional compensation.

Platform Disclaimer

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

Privacy

Information submitted through the entry form will be used to administer the contest, communicate with entrants, evaluate submissions, and, where the entrant separately opts in, contact the entrant about future creator opportunities and other relevant communications.

Agreement

By checking the required boxes and submitting an entry, the entrant confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to the Official Rules and Content License.
